A beautiful Grade II listed building described as ‘a little castle’ dating back to 1706 set in two acres. Our seven bedrooms have been designed and furnished to a very high standard. All rooms have flat screen TV DVD radio alarm clock courtesy tray broadband safe iron robes slippers and hairdryer. We have one ground floor room offering easy access. All rooms have en-suite facilities and lots of fluffy towels. Our drawing room has lovely large sofas plenty of books dvds and a well stocked ‘honesty bar’ The local pub is a four minute stroll from the house and offers a full dinner menu. We can also help with recommending other local restaurants. An ideal venue for: weddings and civil ceremonies house parties (chef can be arranged) business meetings and exclusive use available. Bryn Corach
Bryn Corach situated in the world heritage town of Conwy has magnificent views across the bay to the Great Orme and up the Conwy River to the peaks of Snowdonia. The country house designated as non-smoking has 48 bedrooms of which 28 are en-suite . Some rooms with TV are available on a request basis.All rooms have hairdryer clock radio and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Guests can relax in the three lounges large conservatory or play croquet outdoors there is no bar available. Breakfast is served in an informal friendly atmosphere in the lounge. No evening meals available. A choice of full English or continental breakfast is offered. Free car parking is available. Please notify the country house in advance if you intend to arrive after 10.30pm.Bedrooms are available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. The country house is an excellent base for those on an activity or walking holiday. Conwy castle is within walking distance of the country house and Penryhn castle and Chester Zoo are within an hours drive. Castlebank Hotel
Castlebank Hotel is an imposing Grade II listed Victorian townhouse set in its’ own grounds by the walls of Conwy’s historic medieval castle. There are eight individually furnished cosy en-suite rooms residents lounge licensed bar with log fire in the winter restaurant and private parking. The terraced gardens and front rooms enjoy splendid views of the castle and estuary.All rooms have compact en-suite shower rooms to afford more space in the bedrooms and a small flat screen TV with DVD player. This is a peaceful spot but the medieval walled town of Conwy with Edward 1st 13th Century castle plus many shops bars and restaurants is 3 miles and Llandudno with more shops bars and restaurants less than 10 minutes drive away. The award winning village of Rowen is 1 mile or 15 minute easy walk where you will find quaint cottages beautiful gardens a post office and a great village pub which hosts its famous Welsh singing every Friday night.
