Our family run guest house is situated a stones throw from Barmouth’s award winning beaches and the hotel enjoys the fantastic scenery which Cardigan Bay and the Snowdonian Mountains have to offer. Crystal House is a place where people young and old can enjoy a relaxing stay in a comfortable and friendly environment. Start your day with a walk along the promenade with views across Barmouth’s famous and award winning Blue Flag beach located just 25 yards from our hotel. For the more energetic Barmouth is full of opportunities for activity holidays. There are an abundance of walks in and around the town. Walk through the Old Town climbing to the top of Dinas Olau for spectacular views of Cardigan Bay and the Mawddach Estuary. Alternatively walk across Barmouth Bridge to Morfa Mawddach Station and follow the former railway track along the river bank to Penmaenpool. Above all else Barmouth has a unique charm and this little fishing village turned seaside resort has really stood the test of time. Our hotel has a total of 9 rooms; 4 of which are en-suite 2 have private bathroom facilities and the other 3 rooms all have individual vanity units and share a bathroom. Each of the rooms retains its classic Victorian charm but we have introduced all the modern comforts of a conventional hotel. We provide tea and coffee making facilities mini-fridges and televisions in all rooms. Cots hairdryers and ironing facilities are also available on request. We have free WiFi access available for guests – just request the password when you arrive.

Lawrenny Lodge
Lawrenny Lodge is situated at the harbour end of Barmouth – a blue flag resort – overlooking Cardigan Bay and the Mawddach estuary. We are only a few metres from the iconic Barmouth Bridge and five minutes walk from the beach town and harbour area in fact there is a ‘secret’ beach a hundred metres or so away. Barmouth is the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking scenery of Snowdonia National Park or if you prefer walking bird-watching cycling and mountain- biking right from our doorstep. We are situated near to the start of the Mawddach Trail Mawddach Way and the Panorama Walk. We are also perfectly located for a relaxing getaway – wonder in to town to your favorite restaurant or explore the castles railways and beaches of the region.We offer eight en-suite rooms all with flatscreen TV and tea and coffee making facilities Egyptian cotton linen bedding and Taylors or London toiletries. There is a comfortable lounge area where you can relax after your day out and about a large conservatory overlooking the harbour and beach and a bar so that you can enjoy a quiet drink as the sun sets over the estuary.For breakfast you can have the full Welsh or lighter options. Most of our food is either home made or sourced locally. The lodge has its own car park for use by our residents.
Marwyn Guest House
The Marwyn Guest House is a small friendly family run guest house located on the sea front in Barmouth Gwynedd North Wales.It is at the far end of Marine Parade far enough away from the town centre for it to be peaceful but still close enough to walk to the town centre where there are many unique shops and plenty of eateries. Access to the beach is directly over the road. The front rooms give picture postcard views of the beach and promenade.Our rooms are light spacious and equipped with colour television and hospitality tray. Six have en-suite facilities with a shower or bath and two have adjacent private bathrooms.

Richmond House is a large Victorian town house tastefully converted into Bed and Breakfast accommodation having 3 large double bedrooms with en-suites (Snowdon Bala and Bardsey) a large comfortable lounge and dining room for guests.Richmond House BandB is situated in the centre of Barmouth with uninterrupted views of the spectacular Cardigan Bay sunsets only a 2 minute walk from the large blue flag Barmouth beach several excellent restaurants and pubs and the railway station. Barmouth is on the Western edge of the Snowdonia National Park with walking mountain biking and a range of other activities available nearby. Alternatively if you are looking for something a little more relaxing curl up in front the lounge fire and read a book!!
